The Joan Vallee Team was named the top producing team of the Mid State Board of Realtors for 2006. The team has had this honor for the past 4 years running. In this past year, I have brought together a team of agents, who are energetic and motivated to help service clients more efficiently. There are currently 8 members on the team and together with the support staff, we endeavor to service our clients so they can obtain their goals, wherever they are, or want to be. Along with experienced loan representatives, we counsel new homebuyers as well as home sellers, who want to move up or downsize. We also market new construction in central Connecticut.

Darcie Fitzsimons was the first to join the team. She graduated from Sacred Heart University, with a degree in Business, is married, has 3 children and lives in Bristol |

Doreen Corriveau graduated from Briarwood College, got her license in 2003 & joined us 18 months ago, is also married with 3 children. She lives in Plainville. |

Lynn Damboise also joined us last year. She earned an Associates Degree from Johnson & Wales has had her license since 1997. She is married with 2 children and lives in Southington. |

Craig Gallick joined us last year. He graduated from the University of New Haven with a Bachelor’s degree. He has been in law enforcement for the past 21 years. He is married and has a son. He lives in Thomaston. |

Cindy Carlascio is also a new agent, previously running a successful lingerie business with her husband in Waterbury and Naugatuck. She has been active Girl Scout Leader for 18 years. She was raised in Bristol and now lives in Watertown with her husband and 2 daughters. She just became the proud grandmother of a baby girl. She is very motivated and is working very hard to meet her goals. |

Sandy Basso came to us as a new agent, anxious to learn and very motivated to do well. She attended Mattatuck College and has been employed at the Bristol Hospital for the past 25 years. She lives in Bristol with her husband and 2 children. |

Kevin Hayes has recently joined the team. He was formerly with Compass Realty. He attended Tunxis Community College and the University of Connecticut earning his Bachelor's Degree. He has been a detective with the Bristol Police Department for over 21 years and knows Bristol and Terryville very well. Kevin has a natural ability to communicate effectively. His honesty and integrity will serve him well. He and his wife have 3 children and live in Bristol. |
